• • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in creating world-class written technical content specifically tailored for developers and technical teams operating within the complex healthcare sector. While this position has a marketing component, it transcends typical brand marketing or superficial thought leadership. The core focus is on articulating complex systems and healthcare billing workflows with exceptional clarity, accuracy, and depth.
• • As a Technical Writer at Stedi, your primary responsibilities will revolve around researching, creating, and publishing high-impact technical content. You will delve into topics that are of keen interest to our customers and prospects, drawing insights from various sources including support requests, sales conversations, product demonstrations, community discussions on Slack, and internal expertise from Stedi's industry specialists.
• • Your content creation efforts will span a diverse range of formats, ensuring Stedi's technical prowess and value proposition are clearly communicated. This includes, but is not limited to:
• • Crafting in-depth blog posts that demystify complex healthcare EDI processes and Stedi's solutions, such as explaining how to interpret X12 responses.
• • Developing engaging and informative email newsletters to keep our audience updated on industry trends and product developments.
• • Writing concise and accurate changelog entries to document new features, improvements, and fixes, ensuring transparency for our users.
• • Creating compelling social media posts that highlight Stedi's innovations and engage with the broader technical community.
• • Producing persuasive sales one-pagers and presentations that effectively communicate the benefits and technical capabilities of our platform.
• • Developing clear and concise website copy that accurately reflects our products and services.
• • Generating any other content formats that are identified as necessary or that you proactively suggest based on your understanding of customer needs.
• • A crucial aspect of this role involves measuring the effectiveness of your content. You will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators, such as inbound lead generation, to understand how your work contributes to business objectives. This data-driven approach will enable you to refine your content strategy and continuously improve impact.
• • We are looking for individuals who are not only expert technical communicators but also possess a builder's mindset. You should be adept at designing and scaling systems, comfortable experimenting with emerging technologies like AI to enhance productivity, and possess a strong technical aptitude. This includes being comfortable making REST API requests, writing scripts, building simple demo applications, and navigating the command line.
