📋 Description

• As an Independent Contractor providing Trust & Safety services, you will play a key role in turning Trust & Safety policy into operational reality by translating policy changes into clear guidance, scalable workflows, and measurable enforcement standards.
• You will ensure that our policies are consistently understood and applied by closing interpretation gaps, improving enforcement accuracy, and structuring policy for scalable execution.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering monthly policy update briefs, producing and maintaining policy support materials (FAQs, glossaries, decision trees), conducting quarterly audits of policy documentation, and maintaining high-quality documentation across platforms like Confluence and Notion.
• You will partner with Enablement to deploy updates through training, analyze QA findings and feedback loops to identify policy failure patterns, and recommend targeted fixes such as guidance updates or workflow adjustments.
• The role involves structuring calibration sessions between Policy, Ops, QA, and Escalations, defining 'golden examples' and case libraries, and aligning on enforcement thresholds and edge case handling.
• Yubo is the Social Discovery app making new friends and hanging out online, empowering Gen Z to create genuine connections by eliminating likes and follows.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Policy Ops, Quality/Accuracy, or Operational Enablement, or equivalent transferable experience
• Experience translating policy into workflows, QA standards, or training materials
• Strong analytical thinking with skills in pattern detection, ambiguity resolution, and structured reasoning
• Excellent written communication in English for producing clear, concise, and operationally usable documentation
• Comfort with policy interpretation and balancing operational constraints such as speed, risk, and consistency
