• • As a Solutions Engineer for PerfectScale by DoiT, you will be a critical technical leader within our Solutions Engineering team, playing a pivotal role in supporting our extensive customer base, primarily across the United States. This is a remote position, offering flexibility to candidates located in Mexico, Colombia (as full-time employees), and Costa Rica or Brazil (as contractors), with an expectation to align with U.S. Eastern Time Zone (EST) working hours.

• • In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Account Executive team, acting as a key technical advisor to deliver exceptional value throughout the entire customer journey. Your primary focus will be on showcasing and implementing our cutting-edge Kubernetes optimization capabilities.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass Technical Qualification & Discovery, where you will partner with Account Executives to deeply understand a prospect's technical landscape, their specific Kubernetes challenges, cost optimization objectives, and overarching business goals through detailed technical discovery sessions.
• • You will own and drive Technical Validation & POC Leadership for PerfectScale. This involves meticulous preparation, proactive management, and ensuring successful technical outcomes for Proof of Concepts (POCs), thereby demonstrating clear value and alignment with prospect requirements.
• • Delivering compelling and tailored Platform Demonstrations of the PerfectScale solution to prospects will be a key duty, effectively highlighting its capabilities and directly addressing their unique use cases and concerns.
• • You will be instrumental in Business Case & ROI Development, utilizing your analytical prowess and profound understanding of Kubernetes to construct persuasive business cases and robust Return on Investment (ROI) analyses. These will clearly articulate the tangible value, cost savings, and performance improvements achievable with PerfectScale.
• • You are expected to become the internal go-to expert for PerfectScale, ensuring that prospects achieve optimal results and experience a seamless implementation process.
• • Taking Technical Win Ownership for PerfectScale engagements is crucial. This involves guiding prospects through their technical evaluation, addressing all technical requirements, and building strong technical confidence in our solution.
• • You will represent DoiT and PerfectScale at company events and industry conferences, delivering engaging presentations and demonstrations to broader audiences, showcasing our Kubernetes optimization expertise and platform strengths.
• • Accurate and timely documentation is essential, including the entry of data into internal business support systems and contributing to the development of systems and tools that provide key business information and metrics to highlight performance and effectiveness.
