- • Own and scale a full-funnel B2B marketing strategy focused on the supplier journey, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver against KPIs from awareness to long-term loyalty
- • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing Supply Marketing team spanning B2B Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Product Marketing
- • Build strategic cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Supply, and Product teams to attract, activate, and retain top-tier experience operators on the platform
- • Develop data-informed insights on the global activity operator landscape and translate them into go-to-market strategies that address suppliers’ real needs and behaviors
- • Champion the supplier story internally and externally, presenting strategic progress and market insights directly to the Executive team to influence business direction
- • Shape and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives including brand campaigns, content, performance marketing, product marketing, partnerships, events, and original research
- • Drive supplier acquisition, engagement, and retention through integrated marketing tactics that enhance supplier trust, pride, and long-term partnership with GetYourGuide
- • Translate commercial goals into compelling narratives and scalable campaigns that elevate GetYourGuide’s position as the preferred platform for experience operators worldwide
- • Align marketing execution with broader business objectives by collaborating with Product, Sales, and Supply teams to ensure supplier growth targets are met
- • Maintain a hands-on leadership approach, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution across all stages of the supplier marketing funnel
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships, or Operations & Project Management
- • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
- • Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and ability to balance long-term planning with hands-on execution
- • Demonstrated ability to use data and storytelling to drive decisions and inspire action across teams
- • Strong communication skills with experience aligning stakeholders from frontline teams to executive leadership
- • Entrepreneurial, creative, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
