- • As the GRC Lead, you will be at the forefront of establishing and maturing our GRC functions. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and lead critical frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA. This involves not only achieving certification but also ensuring ongoing adherence to all stipulated requirements, demonstrating our commitment to security and operational excellence to our users and partners.
- • You will play a crucial role in ensuring and maintaining compliance with a range of privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA, among others. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in leading audit and compliance engagements, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing GRC frameworks.
- • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring compliance teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- • Prior experience working within high-tech companies, specifically in cloud-native environments, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities they present.
- • Proven ability to translate complex compliance requirements and regulations into clear, actionable workstreams and practical solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Strong commitment to and experience with cross-functional collaboration, effectively partnering with IT, Security, GTM, and Engineering teams to achieve shared GRC objectives.
