📋 Description

• • Principal AI/ML Architect role at Caylent, a cloud-native services company specializing in AWS solutions, where you will serve as the most experienced ML voice across diverse customer engagements, shaping strategy and architecture for AI systems from early-stage startups to enterprise modernization projects.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading end-to-end ML assessments across infrastructure, data pipelines, model lifecycle, and organizational readiness; partnering with sales and solutions teams during proposal and scoping phases; serving as senior technical authority on client engagements; owning or orchestrating high-quality POCs; advising on ML operations standards including MLOps and LLMOps; shaping how Caylent wins technically complex opportunities; and strengthening the internal ML practice through mentorship, technical interviews, and thought leadership contributions.
