📋 Description

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process by providing accurate, compelling, and customized technical insights that align with enterprise customer needs.
• Work directly with technical stakeholders from enterprise customers and prospects to understand their infrastructure, workflows, and integration requirements, and architect tailored solutions using ElevenLabs’ voice AI platform.
• Craft and deliver high-impact technical demonstrations that clearly articulate the product’s value proposition, showcasing capabilities across ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI.
• Develop and maintain technical enablement resources such as guides, playbooks, and training materials to increase the technical fluency and effectiveness of the sales team.
• Design and build self-service tools, documentation, and knowledge bases that empower customers to independently implement, troubleshoot, and scale integrations with ElevenLabs’ AI audio solutions.
• Identify recurring integration patterns, common customer challenges, and scalability bottlenecks, and partner with product teams to productize these into standardized features or automated workflows.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle—from pre-sale evaluation to post-sale implementation—ensuring seamless adoption and long-term success.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate communication for diverse stakeholders including executives, engineers, marketers, and procurement teams.
• Contribute to the optimization of internal processes to scale technical support efficiently across a growing global customer base, reducing friction and increasing solution velocity.
• Stay deeply informed about ElevenLabs’ product roadmap, API capabilities, and emerging AI audio innovations to provide accurate, forward-looking guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Act as a bridge between customer feedback and product development, ensuring that real-world use cases directly influence feature prioritization and platform enhancements.
• Support global sales efforts by responding to technical RFPs, conducting proof-of-concept evaluations, and preparing detailed architectural diagrams and integration specifications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of enterprise IT environments, cloud platforms, security standards, and API ecosystems to effectively advise on secure and scalable deployments.
• Leverage AI tools across the company to accelerate documentation, demo creation, and problem-solving, aligning with ElevenLabs’ ‘AI first’ operating philosophy.
• Contribute to a high-velocity, impact-driven culture where initiative, autonomy, and ownership are valued over rigid job titles or hierarchical constraints.
• Engage with customers across diverse industries, including telecom, media, marketing, and enterprise SaaS, ensuring solutions are adaptable to varying regulatory, technical, and operational contexts.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs’ products
• Experience working directly with customers on technical problems, including in student clubs or side projects
• Strong technical background in software development, architecture, and integration patterns
• Proficiency in Python
• Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt messaging to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to identify patterns in customer use cases and translate them into scalable solutions
