- • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to support complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles by providing technical validation and solution clarity for construction clients.
- • Design custom workflow configurations that align PermitFlow’s AI-powered platform with customers’ existing permitting, licensing, inspection, and project closeout processes.
- • Scope, document, and validate technical integrations with enterprise systems including ServiceTitan and Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow and operational adoption.
- • Translate between operational language used by contractors and builders and technical capabilities of PermitFlow’s platform to bridge communication gaps between customers, sales, and product teams.
- • Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate how PermitFlow integrates into real-world construction workflows, highlighting reductions in compliance time and project de-risking.
- • Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure accurate handoff of solutions and alignment on deployment requirements post-sale.
- • Create and maintain scalable solution assets including integration guides, workflow templates, and standardized demo scripts to accelerate onboarding and enable future team growth.
- • Act as the primary technical liaison during enterprise sales cycles, ensuring customer expectations are grounded in practical implementation realities and not theoretical capabilities.
- • Identify bottlenecks in customers’ pre-construction workflows and propose elegant, scalable solutions that leverage PermitFlow’s AI agent workforce to accelerate permitting and compliance.
- • Work cross-functionally across Sales, Engineering, and Product to align on feature priorities based on real-world customer use cases and integration challenges.
- • Serve as an industry credibility anchor during client engagements, speaking with authority on construction permitting regulations, contractor pain points, and project lifecycle dynamics.
- • Contribute to the development of repeatable sales playbooks and implementation frameworks that improve win rates and reduce time-to-value for new enterprise customers.
- • Ensure that every solution proposed is not only technically feasible but operationally viable within the constraints of real construction environments.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with PermitFlow’s platform capabilities, release updates, and integration endpoints to provide accurate, up-to-date guidance during customer interactions.
- • Support the scaling of the Solutions Consultant function by documenting best practices, training new hires, and refining processes as the company grows.
- • Be a mission-driven advocate for modernizing the $1.6T construction industry by reducing delays, wasted capital, and regulatory uncertainty through AI-powered automation.
- • Operate with a builder mentality—thriving in ambiguity, creating structure from scratch, and solving problems that have historically lacked scalable solutions.
- • Act as the connective tissue between customer operational realities and PermitFlow’s technical platform, ensuring alignment between what is sold and what is delivered.

- • Deep understanding of construction, permitting, or pre-construction workflows and ability to speak credibly with contractors, builders, and developers
- • Proven experience scoping and documenting technical integrations with enterprise systems such as ServiceTitan or Salesforce
- • Demonstrated ability to support enterprise sales cycles through technical validation, demos, and solution design
- • Strong skill in translating between technical product capabilities and operational business pain points for executive and non-technical audiences
