- • Develop and revise print and electronic content for the real estate product line, including textbooks, web-delivered courses, PowerPoint presentations, tests, forms, surveys, and instructional guides.
- • Collaborate with production teams, authors, technical personnel, and instructional designers to establish and maintain project schedules and ensure all technical specifications are met for timely delivery.
- • Adapt existing course content and learning assets for seamless delivery across both online and print platforms while preserving instructional integrity and compliance.
- • Work directly with subject-matter experts to write, organize, and edit curriculum materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with original product scope and market needs.
- • Research and incorporate the most current and accurate real estate regulations, laws, and industry standards into all product materials, particularly those involving multi-jurisdictional compliance.
- • Proactively identify inefficiencies in content development processes and propose solutions that improve quality, reduce time-to-market, and enhance operational efficiency.
- • Utilize conditional logic to interpret and apply complex technical and legal requirements to ensure compliant product builds across varying state regulations.
- • Maintain high standards of organization and time management to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- • Apply AI literacy skills, including prompt engineering and foundational understanding of LLM capabilities, to enhance content creation, editing, and workflow automation.
- • Ensure all deliverables meet strict quality benchmarks and are delivered on schedule without compromising accuracy or regulatory compliance.
- • Contribute to product design decisions by evaluating the most effective formats and delivery methods for real estate educational materials.
- • Stay current with evolving educational technologies and publishing trends to continuously improve content delivery and learner engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in English, communications, technical writing, instructional design, or related field OR 5 years equivalent experience
- • 2 years of experience in instructional design, technical writing, publishing, journalism, or related field
- • Excellent PC skills with extensive experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
- • Ability to use conditional logic to understand and apply complex technical and multi-jurisdictional requirements to a compliant product build
- • AI literacy, including proficiency in prompt engineering and foundational understanding of LLM capabilities
- • Excellent organization and time management skills to manage multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment
