- • As a Full Stack Principal Application Developer at RTX, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining technical solutions that support the aerospace and defense missions of one of the world’s largest and most innovative companies. Your work will directly contribute to solving complex challenges in national security and global defense systems.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with customers, solution architects, and peers to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications; present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders; and assist team members in implementation and troubleshooting of technical issues across multiple concurrent projects.
- • You will join RTX’s Business Software Engineering organization, which operates using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and work within a culture that values trust, respect, accountability, collaboration, and innovation while delivering mission-critical software for aerospace and defense.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack development, gain experience with enterprise-scale Agile practices, and enhance your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders—positioning you for leadership in mission-driven software engineering.
🎯 Requirements
- • University degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and minimum 3 years of experience
- • Front-end development experience with modern frameworks including Typescript (Angular, React), CSS (Bootstrap, FontAwesome), and JavaScript (AngularJS, jQuery)
- • Back-end development experience with technologies such as Java, Python, .Net, MVC frameworks (Spring Boot, .NET Core, Flask), ORMs (JPA, EFCore), and testing frameworks (JUnit, Pytest, XUnit)
