📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact AI deployments in healthcare, education, and cultural sectors, partnering with nonprofits, educational institutions, and healthcare systems to drive measurable real-world outcomes.
• Source, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities that align with ElevenLabs’ mission to apply AI to meaningful societal challenges.
• Translate high-potential partnerships into live, scalable programs by designing and implementing operational systems that ensure adoption, reliability, and long-term success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and go-to-market teams to align technical capabilities with partner needs and regulatory requirements.
• Own the execution of deployment strategies, including pilot design, stakeholder onboarding, feedback loops, and iterative improvement cycles to maximize impact and scalability.
• Build and refine repeatable processes that enable the global scaling of AI-powered programs across diverse regions and institutional contexts.
• Leverage AI tools across all aspects of the role to accelerate workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.
• Act as a bridge between external partners and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, aligned expectations, and mutual accountability throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks in deployments, particularly in regulated environments such as healthcare and education, while maintaining compliance and ethical standards.
• Measure and report on program impact using qualitative and quantitative metrics, translating outcomes into insights that inform product development and future partnerships.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing deployment data, gathering partner feedback, and iterating on systems to increase adoption rates and sustainability.
• Represent ElevenLabs in external forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to build credibility and expand the reach of impact-driven AI initiatives.
• Maintain a high standard of execution aligned with ElevenLabs’ ethos of excellence—ensuring every partnership reflects the quality and innovation of our AI models.
• Operate with autonomy and speed, taking initiative on ambiguous or unstructured opportunities and turning them into structured, scalable programs without heavy oversight.
• Contribute to the broader Impact team’s strategy by identifying emerging trends, untapped sectors, and new use cases for AI in social impact domains.
• Support the growth of the Impact team by mentoring, sharing best practices, and helping to institutionalize successful deployment frameworks.

• Experience scaling partnerships, deployments, or strategic programs within a technology company
• Strong operator: able to take ambiguous initiatives and drive them to real-world outcomes
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and external stakeholders
• Systems thinker: builds processes that make programs repeatable and scalable
• AI-native: uses AI tools to move faster and improve workflows
• Deep motivation to apply AI to meaningful real-world problems in areas like healthcare, education, or accessibility
