• • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in opening up a new market, building and leading a high-performing team, and establishing ElevenLabs as a leader in voice AI across France. You will work closely with an experienced sales leader to navigate the complexities of a 0-to-1 startup environment within our larger organization, focusing on deploying our advanced voice AI technology to solve the most challenging problems for our most strategic customers.
• • Your responsibilities will span the entire deployment lifecycle, from initial customer engagement to successful implementation and ongoing impact realization. You will be empowered to hire the talent you need, secure initial customer wins, and ensure our product delivers tangible value and measurable results for our clients.
• • A significant part of your role will involve deep engagement with strategic customers to thoroughly understand their critical audio and voice AI needs, identifying their most pressing pain points and business challenges. This will require a consultative approach, building strong relationships and trust with key stakeholders.
• • You will be responsible for building and leading a team of forward-deployed engineers within the region. This leadership aspect involves not only technical guidance but also mentorship, team development, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• • Through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows, you will identify relevant and impactful use cases for our voice and audio AI technology. You will then collaborate closely with your engineering team to implement these solutions, ensuring seamless integration into customer products and operations.
• • A key function will be to design and architect bespoke integrations, tailoring our technology to meet the specific technical and business requirements of each client. This requires a strong understanding of both our platform and the customer's ecosystem.
• • You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, guiding them on best practices for implementing our voice and audio AI models to maximize their effectiveness and achieve their desired outcomes.
• • Presenting the results of your team's work and proposing future engagements will be a regular occurrence. You will need to articulate complex technical concepts and demonstrate the value proposition of our solutions to diverse audiences, ranging from highly technical teams to C-suite executives.
• • A crucial element of this role is the feedback loop to our core teams. You will collaborate closely with our Research and Product teams, channeling insights gathered from the field back into the development of ElevenLabs' software products and AI models, ensuring our offerings remain at the cutting edge.
• • You will be responsible for building and delivering compelling demonstrations of our voice and audio AI technology, showcasing its capabilities and potential to new and existing customers.
• • Furthermore, you will proactively scope out potential applications of our technology in new industries and sectors, driving the expansion of our AI solutions across different markets globally.
• • Taking full ownership of the end-to-end execution of major projects for our most strategic partners is paramount. This involves hands-on involvement to ensure the delivery of high-impact, successful solutions that exceed customer expectations.
