📋 Description

• As a QA Engineer in CrowdStrike’s GTM AI Pod, you will be the quality guardian for non-deterministic AI systems, redefining quality standards for LLM-powered workflows where traditional testing fails.
• You will define end-to-end test strategies, design AI-specific evaluation frameworks, build automated test suites in Python, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to ensure every release meets a rigorous quality bar across Salesforce, Slack, RAG pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and AI Product Owners from requirements to production, championing shift-left quality, owning defect lifecycle, and validating observability and security for agentic AI systems.
• This role offers the opportunity to pioneer QA practices for agentic AI at a global cybersecurity leader, gaining deep expertise in AI evaluation, automation, and secure, scalable enterprise AI systems while contributing to mission-critical GTM workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of QA or SDET experience with proven success building and maintaining automated test frameworks in production environments.
• Hands-on experience testing AI or ML systems, with understanding of non-deterministic outputs and evaluation strategies beyond conventional software.
• Strong proficiency in Python for test automation, including reusable utilities, fixtures, mocks, and data factories.
• Experience with test frameworks (pytest, Selenium, Playwright, REST-assured, Postman) and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Copado).
• Familiarity with RAG evaluation metrics (faithfulness, answer relevance, context recall) and tools like RAGAS or LangSmith for structured AI output evaluation.
