- • Qualify and route inbound leads across two channels: self-service and inside sales, ensuring accurate lead progression through the sales funnel.
- • Engage prospects daily via phone calls, emails, and live chat on the company website using internal tools including Slack and Salesforce.
- • Meet monthly performance targets by booking and completing a defined number of product demonstrations, with the team consistently achieving ≥95% of targets.
- • Utilize structured sales processes and performance metrics to track progress, prioritize leads, and optimize outreach efficiency.
- • Learn and apply SaaS-specific terminology, financial acronyms, and industry-specific jargon related to construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
- • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, marketing, and customer success teams to align on lead quality and customer feedback.
- • Maintain accurate and timely data entry in CRM systems to ensure visibility and accountability across sales and marketing functions.
- • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-velocity environment where decisions are made rapidly and processes are continuously refined.
- • Leverage provided training materials, call scripts, and best practices to develop proficiency in cold outreach, objection handling, and digital communication.
- • Participate in weekly team meetings, monthly all-hands sessions, and “Life Story” events to foster connection and transparency across the global team.
- • Work in a hybrid or remote capacity, with flexibility to manage daily schedule around core hours, while maintaining consistent availability for prospect engagement.
- • Utilize provided laptop and home office setup budget to ensure optimal performance in remote or hybrid work environments.

- • Navigate challenges including learning a complex industry with non-tech-savvy users, managing high-volume outreach, and handling frequent rejection with resilience.
