- • Respond to incoming SMS inquiries from prospective patients in a timely and professional manner, serving as the first point of contact for digital patient engagement.
- • Conduct consultative conversations by asking open-ended questions to understand clients’ health goals, past experiences, and wellness needs without using scripted responses.
- • Schedule phone consultations using Calendly or similar scheduling platforms when clients request deeper discussions about their care options.
- • Accurately input and update client information in CRM systems and scheduling tools, ensuring all data is captured with precision and in compliance with privacy guidelines.
- • Build trust and rapport with prospective clients by demonstrating empathy, curiosity, and genuine interest in their personal health journeys.
- • Perform brief, personalized follow-ups via SMS or phone to provide additional information, answer questions, or remind clients to schedule appointments.
- • Remain available throughout the day to respond rapidly to inbound leads, with peak responsiveness expected during East Coast business hours (16:00–24:00 GMT).
- • Maintain flexibility in schedule to accommodate on-call responsiveness during slower periods, with no active tasks expected but availability required at all times.
- • Utilize technology platforms including CRMs, telehealth software, and scheduling tools, with training provided for specific systems such as Go High Level and DrChrono.
- • Support intake processes by documenting client details accurately and ensuring seamless handoffs to clinical or administrative teams when necessary.
- • Apply strong written communication skills for SMS outreach and clear verbal communication during brief phone consultations.
- • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in record-keeping, system updates, and adherence to data privacy standards.
- • Leverage familiarity with telehealth, chiropractic, physical therapy, or concierge medicine to better contextualize client inquiries and provide informed guidance.
- • Operate as a part-time, remote role with no traditional call-center structure, focusing on relationship-driven engagement rather than volume-based metrics.

- • Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn new platforms quickly; experience with CRMs, telehealth software, or scheduling tools is a plus.
- • Excel Experience: Comfortable setting up basic spreadsheets or running simple reports if needed.
- • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written skills for SMS outreach, plus clear verbal communication for phone chats.
