Staff Applied ML Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Staff Applied ML Engineer at Marigold Marketing Pty Ltd, you will play a key role in building and scaling machine learning capabilities across the company’s platforms—Emma, Campaign Monitor, and Vuture—with an initial focus on predictive models and intelligence features that improve customer outcomes. This is a highly hands-on role where you will design, build, and productionize ML systems that turn product and historical data into actionable predictions and recommendations.
• • Day to day, you will work across the Campaign Monitor product to identify valuable opportunities in product and customer data, turn them into predictive features, develop and deploy ML models (including for click-through rate, churn, and recommendations), own the full ML lifecycle from data exploration to monitoring, build production services for batch and real-time inference, and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate ML-driven capabilities into core product experiences.
