📋 Description

• As an Endpoint Engineer at CDW Corporation, you will serve as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting the Mobiles & Specialty Devices team, managing and securing mobile and endpoint devices for enterprise-scale environments, including HHU (Smart Meter Field Engineers) service, phones, and Mac devices.
• Day to day, you will manage Android, iOS, iPadOS, and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune, configure and maintain MDM and MAM policies, package and deploy applications (including macOS), conduct vulnerability remediation, support user and group assignments, work within Agile/JIRA frameworks, and provide L2 technical support across the device estate.
• You will join a collaborative technical delivery team within a major user devices programme at CDW, a Fortune 500 technology solutions provider that emphasizes trust, connection, and commitment, operating as coworkers who believe in supporting customers and one another to deliver real impact.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise endpoint management, gain hands-on experience with Azure Intune, Meta Quest for Business, Apple Business Manager, and scripting (Bash/Python), while developing leadership in security compliance and Agile delivery, positioning you for growth in enterprise technology and AI-fluent innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune (management and compliance policies)
• macOS application packaging and deployment
• Scripting experience (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Experience with Meta Quest for Business, Apple Business Manager, or Google Zero Touch
• SC security clearance required
• 4+ years in relevant technical roles
