📋 Description
- • As a Sales Enablement Manager at Ddome Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling our global enablement function, directly contributing to the success of our revenue teams worldwide.
- • Reporting to the Vice President of Go-To-Market (GTM), your primary mission is to enhance and measure global sales performance, embodying our core value of commitment.
- • You will co-build, run, and meticulously measure the impact of the global Sales Enablement strategy, working collaboratively with Sales leadership, including Regional Heads of Sales.
- • This involves defining the overarching Sales Enablement strategy and actively animating the Sales Enablement Roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's global sales objectives.
- • You will be responsible for establishing clear quarterly priorities for Sales Enablement, directly supporting the global Sales strategy and its execution.
- • A critical aspect of your role will be to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to rigorously measure the impact and efficiency of all Sales Enablement initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- • You will build and manage highly efficient onboarding and training programs designed to accelerate new recruit success and reduce ramp time.
- • This includes updating existing onboarding programs to ensure they are world-class and preparing new hires to excel in their roles from day one.
- • Furthermore, you will design and implement a comprehensive Sales Training Program, fostering continuous learning and professional growth for the entire Sales Team.
- • A significant part of your contribution will be in developing and refining Sales Content, ensuring our sales force is equipped with the best possible resources.
- • You will be responsible for building and maintaining the Sales Playbook, a critical resource for consistent and effective sales execution.
- • Collaborating closely with Marketing and Product teams, you will develop high-quality sales collateral, compelling presentations, detailed playbooks, and other essential sales materials that clearly articulate the value proposition of DataDome's products and services.
- • Your role extends to ensuring the Sales team has access to the necessary resources, streamlined processes, and effective tools to achieve success, actively challenging and improving our existing Sales methodology.
- • You will serve as a key interface between the Sales team and other internal departments, fostering seamless communication and alignment.
- • This involves working closely with Marketing, Growth, Product, Account Management, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure cohesive strategies and execution.
- • You will also lead inter-team projects on behalf of the Sales Team, acting as a central point of coordination and driving cross-functional initiatives.
- • Your efforts will directly impact the readiness and effectiveness of our global revenue teams, contributing to DataDome's growth and market leadership in cyberfraud and bot protection.
- • By developing robust enablement programs and resources, you will empower our sales professionals to better understand and communicate the unique value of our AI-powered Cyberfraud Protection Platform to clients like Foot Locker, Tripadvisor, and SoundCloud.
- • This role is pivotal in ensuring our sales force is not only well-trained but also equipped with the latest insights and materials to combat evolving cyber threats and bot attacks, supporting our mission to protect businesses in real time.
- • You will be a champion for continuous improvement within the sales organization, driving initiatives that enhance productivity, knowledge, and overall sales performance.
- • Your success will be measured by the tangible improvements in sales team performance, reduced ramp times for new hires, and the overall effectiveness of sales enablement strategies implemented.
