• • As a Solutions Engineer for PerfectScale by DoiT, you will be a critical technical leader within our Solutions Engineering team, playing a pivotal role in supporting our extensive customer base, primarily in the United States. This is a remote position, offering flexibility to candidates located in Mexico, Colombia (full-time employment), and Costa Rica or Brazil (contractor), with the expectation of working primarily within U.S. Eastern Time Zone (EST) hours.

• • In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Account Executive team, serving as a key technical advisor to deliver exceptional value throughout the customer lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on showcasing and implementing our cutting-edge Kubernetes optimization capabilities.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass Technical Qualification & Discovery, where you will work with Account Executives to thoroughly understand a prospect's technical environment, their specific Kubernetes challenges, cost optimization goals, and overarching business objectives through detailed technical discovery sessions.
• • You will also lead Technical Validation & POC Leadership, taking ownership of driving technical validation and Proof of Concepts (POCs) specifically for PerfectScale. This involves meticulous preparation, proactive management, and ensuring successful technical outcomes that clearly demonstrate value and alignment with prospect requirements.
• • Delivering compelling Platform Demonstrations tailored to prospects will be a key part of your role, effectively showcasing PerfectScale's capabilities and addressing their unique use cases and concerns.
• • Developing robust Business Cases & ROI analyses will be crucial, leveraging your analytical skills and deep Kubernetes knowledge to articulate the tangible value, cost savings, and performance improvements achievable with PerfectScale.
• • You will become the internal go-to expert for PerfectScale, ensuring prospects achieve optimal results and a seamless implementation experience, thereby owning the Technical Win for all PerfectScale engagements.
• • Representing DoiT and PerfectScale at company events and industry conferences through engaging presentations and demonstrations will be an opportunity to showcase our Kubernetes optimization expertise to a broader audience.
• • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including entering data into internal business support solutions and contributing to systems and tools that provide key business information and metrics, will be essential for highlighting performance and effectiveness.
