  • • Fieldguide is seeking a highly strategic and operationally excellent Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to spearhead and scale deeply personalized ABM programs. This pivotal role acts as a crucial bridge between Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success, with the primary objective of developing and executing high-impact, multi-threaded engagement strategies. The ultimate goal is to accelerate pipeline generation, increase deal velocity, and cultivate enduring strategic partnerships within our target accounts, thereby establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets.
  • • In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in defining account strategy, establishing robust prioritization frameworks, and architecting comprehensive engagement roadmaps. Your responsibilities will extend to the end-to-end execution of ABM programs, encompassing meticulous planning, strategic content orchestration, seamless launch, rigorous measurement, continuous optimization, and transparent reporting. This is not about broad, untargeted campaigns; it is about precision, partnership-driven ABM meticulously crafted for complex buying groups and discerning enterprise decision-makers. The role carries direct and significant pipeline generation and influence targets, intrinsically tied to tangible revenue outcomes, making your contribution directly impactful to the company's financial success.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve developing and executing integrated ABM strategies tailored across various tiered account segments, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives, critical revenue targets, and the specific priorities of the Sales team. You will meticulously map out buying groups and identify key influencers across both executive and regional stakeholder levels. A significant part of your work will be designing coordinated multi-channel engagement plans, leveraging a diverse mix of digital channels, compelling content, direct executive outreach, targeted advertising, thoughtful gifting, and strategic field activations. You will also be responsible for creating highly personalized assets, including foundational messaging frameworks, dedicated landing pages, impactful thought leadership pieces, and executive-level plays designed to resonate with key decision-makers.
  • • A core aspect of this role is revenue and pipeline accountability. You will own clearly defined pipeline generation and pipeline influence targets specifically for our priority accounts. Your efforts will be directed towards driving measurable impact on opportunity creation, accelerating the sales cycle, and fostering expansion within these key accounts. To achieve this, you will partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams, aligning ABM programs directly with active deals, identifying and pursuing whitespace opportunities, and supporting expansion strategies.
  • • Collaboration and partnership are central to this position. You will work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to collaboratively identify target accounts, refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), map intricate buying groups, and align go-to-market plays. A deep understanding of deal strategy, nuanced account dynamics, competitive positioning, and the specific priorities of Account Executives (AEs) will be essential to ensure ABM plays are directly integrated with opportunity progression and revenue goals. You will focus on driving buying-group saturation and fostering executive engagement across our top accounts, meticulously tailoring programs to suit the specific deal stage, identified blockers, and strategic objectives of each account. Furthermore, you will regularly present performance insights, demonstrate pipeline impact, and articulate strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • • You will also focus on integrating our brand within the target account ecosystems. This involves tailoring messaging and thought leadership to seamlessly align with each account’s unique innovation narrative and embedding our brand presence through personalized hubs, co-branded assets, and strategic executive positioning. A key element will be partnering with internal champions to co-create messaging that they can confidently support and advocate for publicly, amplifying our reach and credibility.
  • • Finally, you will be responsible for measurement, optimization, and scaling of ABM efforts. This includes diligently tracking account penetration, engagement depth, pipeline influence, deal velocity, and overall Return on Investment (ROI). You will manage and optimize the ABM technology stack, which includes Hubspot, Tableau, Influ2, Usergems, and Sendoso. Leveraging agentic AI and automation will be crucial to increase personalization at scale, streamline execution processes, and enhance decision-making efficiency. You will translate performance data into actionable strategic adjustments and proactive account-specific actions. Ultimately, your goal will be to build scalable, repeatable ABM playbooks that expand our impact across a growing portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • • Fieldguide is a remote-first company backed by prominent investors like Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Y Combinator, building software for assurance and audit practitioners in cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, driven, humble, and supportive culture where diverse backgrounds and experiences are valued, and teammates are encouraged to support each other's growth. As an early-stage startup employee, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of business trust and significantly improve the work-life balance for audit practitioners.
  • • Success in this role will be measured by achieving and exceeding defined pipeline generation and influence targets, demonstrating measurable acceleration of deal velocity and expansion within target accounts, increasing executive engagement and buying-group reach, maintaining strong alignment and execution cadence with Sales and Customer Success, and building sustained account visibility that compounds awareness and trust over time.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with direct ABM ownership in SaaS or enterprise technology.

  • • Experience partnering closely with enterprise Sales teams.
