📋 Description
- • As an AI Productivity Engineer at Aircall, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing team efficiency and output by designing, building, and optimizing AI-driven tools that streamline workflows across engineering, product, and operations teams. Your work will directly impact how quickly and effectively teams deliver value, aligning with Aircall’s mission to help teams work smarter, not harder.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify productivity bottlenecks, prototype AI-powered solutions (such as intelligent automation, context-aware assistants, and workflow optimizers), integrate these tools into existing systems, and measure their impact on key performance indicators like cycle time, task completion rate, and employee satisfaction. You will also stay current with advancements in LLMs, agentic AI, and AI orchestration frameworks to continuously improve Aircall’s internal AI tooling.
