📋 Description

• • The Senior Director of AI Transformation will lead Fireblocks’ enterprise-wide AI strategy, reporting directly to the CIO, to drive innovation, productivity, and operational efficiency across the organization.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing future-state workflows using Generative and Agentic AI, leading cross-functional workshops to identify high-impact AI use cases, conducting business process analyses across departments, prioritizing high-ROI AI opportunities, serving as an internal AI evangelist, building and leading a team of AI/ML engineers, applying LLMs for automation and decision support, securing stakeholder buy-in, delivering measurable productivity and cost improvements, partnering with business and tech teams on implementation plans, and designing company-wide change management strategies for AI adoption including training and communication.
