  • As an Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the service process for our valued commercial property and casualty clients, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.

  • You will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day service needs of our Financial Institution clients, acting as a key support for the Account Executive team.
  • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of critical tasks, from preparing and reviewing essential client communications and deliverables to meticulously managing the certificate of insurance process.
  • You will be entrusted with the preparation, review, and timely distribution of policies, endorsements, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all regulatory and client requirements.
  • A significant aspect of your role will involve proactive monitoring and resolution of billing discrepancies, alongside performing crucial reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
  • You will be the guardian of our data integrity, executing consistent and accurate data and information entry and maintenance across various systems, including our proprietary Agency Management System and SharePoint.
  • This extends to upholding rigorous database and document management processes and workflows, ensuring that all client information is organized, accessible, and secure.
  • You will be a key player in the renewal process, coordinating and owning the workflow to ensure successful and timely execution, a critical component of client retention and satisfaction.
  • Your support will extend to assisting in the preparation and distribution of comprehensive client deliverables, ensuring they are polished, accurate, and meet client expectations.

  • This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position, offering the flexibility to work from any of Newfront's office locations or hubs in Southern California or Texas, with a hybrid work arrangement considered for those living within 25 miles of a Newfront office.
