- • Join Immersive Labs as an Enterprise Account Manager for Saudi, a pivotal role in our rapidly expanding METNA region. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in a greenfield territory, targeting established enterprise markets and Fortune 500/FTSE 250/Global 2000 companies. You will be instrumental in shaping our presence in the Middle East, working closely with our Regional Sales Director and VP of Sales to execute a dynamic sales strategy.

- • As an Enterprise Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your designated territory within Saudi Arabia and the broader METNA region. This involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a strong focus on winning large-scale enterprise deals that will significantly contribute to Immersive Labs' overall success.
- • You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, trusted relationships with Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and other key decision-makers within target organizations. Your ability to understand their unique challenges and demonstrate how Immersive Labs can provide a tangible solution will be crucial for growing revenue and expanding our footprint.
- • A key aspect of this role involves qualifying sales opportunities effectively, utilizing methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC to ensure a deep understanding of prospect needs, decision-making processes, and competitive landscapes. This structured approach will enable you to focus your efforts on the most promising leads and maximize your sales effectiveness.
- • You will act as a market educator, championing our groundbreaking cybersecurity solution by actively participating in local and national industry events. This includes attending technology partner roadshows, networking events, and major conferences like BlackHat and RSA, where you will engage with potential clients, build brand awareness, and generate new leads.
- • Meticulous tracking and reporting are essential. You will be expected to diligently research and maintain accurate records of your progress, pipeline, and customer interactions within Salesforce, while leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with key prospects.
- • We are seeking individuals who possess a strong understanding of selling SaaS, cybersecurity, or complex software products to enterprise-level organizations. The ability to build robust internal relationships across various departments within Immersive Labs is vital, enabling you to collaborate effectively to solve customer problems and enhance our product and service offerings.
- • Navigating complex enterprise buying centers, from initial prospect engagement through to deal closure, is a core competency required for this role. You will need to demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of enterprise sales cycles and procurement processes.
- • We are looking for individuals with high emotional intelligence, empathy, and exceptional listening skills, enabling you to truly understand and address customer needs. A proactive, 'hunting' mindset is essential – you should thrive on identifying new prospects, aligning their challenges with our solutions, and successfully closing deals.
- • The ideal candidate will possess the discipline, motivation, and resilience to overcome challenges, learn from setbacks, and maintain a high level of performance. While you will primarily work remotely, collaboration is key; you will be expected to engage with and leverage the expertise of teams across different disciplines to secure the best outcomes for our clients.
- • Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred, and you must be comfortable with travel throughout the METNA region as required to meet clients and attend events.
