đź“‹ Description
- • As an Account Director at Binalyze, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving the success of one of our most critical strategic enterprise partnerships. This remote role, based on the US East Coast, places you at the forefront of transforming cybersecurity incident response and investigation through our cutting-edge platform. You will own the complete lifecycle of a key strategic account, encompassing its health, the successful execution of our solutions, its growth trajectory, and its long-term performance. This is a role defined by structured account ownership, meticulous delivery execution, and the ability to navigate complex customer environments with confidence and strategic foresight.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to act as the commercial, operational, and global relationship owner for your assigned strategic account. This involves ensuring seamless alignment across all internal Binalyze teams and external client stakeholders. Success hinges on your exceptional strategic account leadership, your rigorous project management discipline, and your capacity to engage credibly in technical discussions. These skills are vital for driving deep integration, fostering widespread adoption, and achieving significant expansion within the account.
- • **Strategic Account Ownership:** You will be accountable for the overall success and expansion of a global strategic enterprise account. This will be achieved through meticulous, structured planning and diligent execution. You will be responsible for building and managing comprehensive partner business plans that clearly articulate and align mutual objectives, commercial targets, and demonstrable customer value. A key part of this will be defining and executing a multi-year account strategy that is intrinsically aligned with the client's overarching business priorities and their ambitious growth plans.
- • You will serve as the primary focal point for any strategic, commercial, or technical issues that arise within the account. This requires you to lead the day-to-day engagement with the client, ensuring that operational, commercial, and relationship outcomes are consistently positive and successful. Establishing and maintaining a clear stakeholder map, along with a disciplined engagement cadence across both organizations, is crucial for effective communication and collaboration.
- • Accurate forecasting, robust pipeline visibility, and reliable revenue reporting for the account are non-negotiable. You will be expected to coordinate effectively with various internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales, to ensure that all commitments made to the client are met with precision and timeliness. Proactive identification of potential risks, critical dependencies, and untapped expansion opportunities will be a continuous part of your strategic approach.
- • **Technical and Operational Leadership:** Maintaining a sufficient technical understanding of Binalyze's platform, its integrations, common use cases, and potential dependencies is essential. This knowledge will enable you to engage effectively and credibly with technical stakeholders at the client's organization. You will build and manage a clear project framework to meticulously track multiple parallel initiatives within the account, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- • Establishing disciplined operating cadences, including regular roadmap reviews, operational synchronization meetings, and strategic quarterly planning sessions, is vital for maintaining momentum and alignment. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure roadmap alignment and to effectively manage technical requirements. Acting as a technical advocate internally for customer-driven product requirements, translating complex technical feedback into clear, actionable internal requirements and prioritization, will be a key function.
- • You will also support the onboarding, enablement, and adoption of new Binalyze capabilities within the client's complex environment, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions.
- • **Growth & Enablement:** A significant aspect of your role will be ensuring that critical client teams are properly enabled for success with Binalyze. This involves developing and implementing a continuous enablement program. You will ensure that key client teams possess a deep understanding of agreed-upon use cases, adoption priorities, and deployment plans, fostering a culture of proactive utilization.
- • **Governance & Executive Engagement:** You will lead critical monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reviews with strategic account stakeholders. Establishing a clear framework for governance models, including executive syncs, operational reviews, and clearly documented escalation paths, is paramount. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering executive-ready reporting that clearly articulates performance metrics, identified risks, and strategic growth opportunities.
- • Driving accountability across both internal and client teams to ensure a strong alignment between contractual commitments, technical delivery, and commercial outcomes is a core responsibility. This requires a proactive and assertive approach to relationship management and performance oversight.
- • **AI & Automation:** You will leverage automation and AI tools to streamline the management of account reporting, joint forecasts, and opportunity pipelines. Introducing automated reporting and communication processes for partner governance will enhance efficiency and transparency. Ultimately, you will champion an automation-first approach to operational efficiency within your strategic account management responsibilities, setting a new standard for how we engage with our most important clients.
