- • Own and exceed annual revenue targets for the Lifestyle, Consumer & Services (LCS) vertical across JioStar’s Premium Sports portfolio—IPL, FIFA World Cup, Pro Kabaddi, and marquee cricket tours—delivering double-digit YoY growth on both TV and Digital.
- • Act as the single-threaded leader for a portfolio of 15–20 blue-chip advertisers and their AOR media agencies, translating brand objectives into high-impact, cross-screen sponsorship packages that command premium CPMs and share-of-voice.
- • Evangelize JioStar’s unique value proposition—India’s largest sports audience, 4K broadcast, Voot & JioCinema digital reach, shoppable ad formats, first-party data, and real-time analytics—to win incremental TV + Digital budgets and defend against competing broadcasters and OTT platforms.
- • Build and nurture C-suite relationships with CMOs, Marketing Directors, and Agency Heads, running quarterly business reviews that surface upcoming campaigns, product launches, and sponsorship priorities 6–9 months in advance.
- • Architect bespoke solutions that fuse traditional spot buys with branded content, influencer integrations, second-screen gamification, and performance-led DR campaigns, ensuring every rupee spent is measurable against brand lift, reach, and ROI KPIs.
- • Maintain a rigorously updated CRM pipeline (Salesforce) with accurate stage gates, probability weightings, and revenue forecasts; flag supply constraints, pricing risks, or policy changes early to leadership and yield-management teams.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Programming, Ad-Ops, Data Science, Legal, and Finance to guarantee flawless campaign execution—from pre-sales inventory checks to post-campaign reconciliation—delivering 100 % client satisfaction and renewal rates above 85 %.
- • Track emerging trends in sports marketing (NFT ticketing, Web3 fan tokens, programmatic guaranteed, shoppable live-stream) and pilot test-and-learn initiatives that position JioStar as an innovation leader and unlock new revenue streams.
- • Mentor a pod of 3–4 Account Managers and Executives, setting quarterly OKRs, running deal clinics, and fostering a culture of consultative selling, data-driven storytelling, and relentless client obsession.
- • Represent JioStar at industry forums (ISA, AAAI, exchange4media events), delivering keynote talks and thought-leadership pieces that elevate our brand equity and generate inbound RFPs.
- • Champion DE&I and ethical advertising standards across your accounts, ensuring campaigns are inclusive, compliant with ASCI guidelines, and aligned with JioStar’s sustainability commitments.
