- • Own and grow a multi-million-dollar renewal book across Taiwan’s most admired brands – from Fortune 500 giants to the fastest-growing digital natives – ensuring every subscription is renewed on or ahead of schedule and every dollar is protected and expanded. You will be the single point of accountability for a portfolio worth 8-figure ARR, measured on net retention rate, logo retention and expansion ARR.
- • Quarter-back the entire renewal cycle: map stakeholders, craft executive-level business cases, negotiate complex multi-year contracts, and close deals at C-suite and VP level while collaborating seamlessly with Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Legal and Finance to remove every obstacle before it appears. Expect to manage 40-50 concurrent renewals at any given time, each with bespoke commercials, SLAs and security addenda.
- • Drive predictable revenue by maintaining a laser-accurate rolling 12-month forecast; inspect every renewal 120 days out, flag risk, build mitigation plays, and report weekly to the Commercial Director so leadership can make data-backed decisions on capacity, pricing and product investments. You will own the Taiwan renewal dashboard in Salesforce, publish monthly board-level metrics and present variance analysis to the APAC leadership team.
- • Turn renewals into rocket fuel for growth: identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio, co-create success roadmaps with Customer Success, and secure incremental ARR by positioning new AI-driven modules such as WhatsApp Commerce, Predictive Audiences and Site Search Personalization. Target is to generate 30 % of total ARR from expansion within 18 months.
- • Champion customer advocacy: convert delighted users into case studies, joint webinars and reference calls that fuel our marketing engine and shorten sales cycles across APAC; achieve NPS ≥ 60 and ensure every key stakeholder publicly recognizes the business impact Insider delivers. You will curate a reference library of 20+ Taiwan champions ready to speak with prospects within 24 hours.
- • Be the strategic advisor Taiwanese marketers trust: run quarterly business reviews that translate product data into board-ready insights, benchmark clients against industry peers, and map their next 18-month digital roadmap so Insider becomes the default growth platform for life. Expect to host 3-4 onsite QBRs every week and deliver ROI decks that prove 5-10× incremental revenue.
- • Master the art of multi-threaded enterprise selling: build and nurture relationships with CMOs, CRM Heads, Digital VPs, IT Directors and data-science teams, tailoring each conversation to their KPIs and securing unanimous buy-in before contract redlines ever hit legal. You will maintain a stakeholder map with 150+ named contacts across your book and run targeted executive programs.
- • Stay ahead of the curve: monitor Taiwan’s martech landscape, feed local competitive intel to Product and Pricing teams, and pilot beta features with friendly accounts so Taiwan becomes the launchpad for Insider’s next breakthrough. You will publish a monthly Taiwan market brief and run two beta programs per quarter.
- • Live our “care” ethos: act as the customer’s loudest internal advocate, escalate product gaps, champion regional feature requests, and ensure every renewal conversation starts with “How can we make you even more successful this year?” You will own the Taiwan customer council and drive the regional roadmap prioritization.
- • Thrive in a high-velocity, AI-first culture where roadmaps evolve weekly, features ship daily, and your ideas can become product reality in the next sprint; move fast, iterate faster, and celebrate wins loudly with 1,500 colleagues across 30 offices. Expect weekly product demos, monthly hack-days and quarterly OKR sprints.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS renewals or strategic account management experience with a consistent track record of ≥ 120 % net retention
- • Native-level Mandarin and business-fluent English to negotiate complex contracts and run bilingual QBRs
- • Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder Fortune 500 environments and secure unanimous C-suite buy-in
- • Expert command of Salesforce, Tableau and Excel for forecasting, cohort analysis and board-level reporting
- • Nice-to-have: existing network of Taiwan CMOs and digital transformation leaders in retail, e-commerce or financial services
