  • • Manage a designated geographical territory or country within the EMEA market, focusing on acquiring new SMB clients and expanding existing accounts up to 1,000 employees.
  • • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking, using the formalized MEDDPPICC sales process.
  • • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas by consistently driving new business growth and meeting outbound activity targets including calls, emails, and meetings.
  • • Upsell and cross-sell 1Password’s Extended Access Management platform to existing customers by identifying expansion opportunities within the current book of business.
  • • Engage with decision-makers and stakeholders at SMB companies, articulating the value of 1Password’s cybersecurity solutions in Identity and Access Management to non-technical audiences.
  • • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, particularly in Identity and Access Management, to effectively position 1Password’s product offerings and respond to prospect needs.
  • • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent 1Password, build brand presence, and network with potential customers.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Business Development Representatives, Solutions, Channels, Onboarding, and Customer Success to optimize client engagement and uncover growth opportunities.
  • • Develop and maintain multi-threaded relationships within client organizations to enhance account health and drive adoption of 1Password solutions.
  • • Implement solution-selling strategies by aligning product capabilities with client pain points and objectives, creating mutual action plans for deal closure.
  • • Confidently present and negotiate with prospects to drive mutually beneficial outcomes, using strong written and verbal communication skills across Slack, Zoom, and email.
  • • Utilize AI tools daily for real-time coaching, insight surfacing, and workflow optimization to work smarter and increase customer engagement efficiency.
  • • Operate effectively in a fully remote environment while maintaining high levels of self-motivation, resilience, and accountability to achieve targets.
  • • Travel occasionally within your region for client meetings and industry events as required.
  • • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other CRM tools to ensure precise pipeline management, forecasting, and pacing against targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity with a focus on SMB or Mid Market accounts, OR a top-performing BDR with outbound experience ready to step into an AE role
  • • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
  • • Experience owning a geographical territory or country within EMEA
  • • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management
  • • Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach (preferred)
