This pivotal role is designed for an individual with strong commercial acumen and a demonstrable passion for delivering gold-standard service to our valued Brand clients. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, identifying and executing upsell opportunities for our innovative products, and providing crucial support that ensures our clients achieve their objectives.
- • As an Account Manager at Tillo, you will be the primary point of contact for some of the world's largest global retailers, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships built on trust and exceptional service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass proactively managing a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring their continued satisfaction and success with Tillo's platform. This involves understanding their evolving needs, anticipating challenges, and providing timely and effective solutions.
- • A key aspect of this role is revenue generation within your assigned accounts. You will be tasked with identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to upsell relevant additional services and features, thereby expanding the value Tillo delivers to our clients. This requires a keen commercial awareness and the ability to articulate the benefits of Tillo's offerings in a compelling manner that resonates with client business goals.
- • You will act as a vital conduit between our Brand clients and Tillo's internal technical and product teams. This involves translating client feedback, requirements, and pain points into actionable insights for our development and support departments. Equally, you will communicate technical information and product updates to clients in a clear and understandable way, ensuring they are fully informed and leveraging Tillo's capabilities to their maximum potential.
- • The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to ensuring client retention and growth. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the gift card, rewards, and incentives market, as well as Tillo's unique value proposition. By staying abreast of industry trends and client business strategies, you can offer strategic advice and identify new avenues for collaboration and mutual success.
