  • • Constructor Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the United States. As a key player in our growth, you will be instrumental in demonstrating ownership of our clients' entire experience, from initial onboarding through to renewal and expansion. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives on building strong, lasting relationships and driving significant value for enterprise e-commerce businesses.
  • • You will serve as the strategic lead for a dedicated book of business, deeply understanding each client's unique objectives, business needs, and priorities. Your primary responsibility will be to align these client goals with the capabilities and solutions offered by Constructor, ensuring our platform delivers maximum impact and ROI.
  • • A core aspect of this role involves managing complex, enterprise-level renewal and upsell cycles from inception to completion. This includes effectively articulating the product's value proposition and its tangible business and economic benefits to a diverse range of stakeholders, from day-to-day business champions to C-suite executives.
  • • Proactive risk management is crucial. You will be responsible for identifying potential risks within your client portfolio and implementing timely, effective strategies to mitigate them, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
  • • You will cultivate a deep understanding of your clients' businesses and the Constructor product suite. This expertise will enable you to educate clients on emerging use cases, new features, and integrations that can unlock additional value and identify potential upsell opportunities, fostering account growth.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with members of the Customer Success, Sales, and other internal Constructor teams to support and expand your book of business. This cross-functional partnership ensures a cohesive client experience and maximizes our collective impact.
  • • Regular communication and documentation are essential. You will maintain up-to-date records in internal systems and actively participate in internal meetings to clearly communicate customer status, evolving needs, identified risks, and strategic next steps for renewals and upsells.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of key e-commerce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, Average Order Value (AOV), revenue, profit, and merchandising metrics. This knowledge is vital for analyzing client performance and demonstrating the impact of Constructor's solutions.
  • • You will be adept at analyzing and presenting data related to e-commerce performance, including insights from A/B testing and conversion optimization efforts, to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • • Exceptional organizational skills are a must, enabling you to simultaneously manage multiple complex accounts with varying demands and priorities.
  • • The ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority is highly valued, demonstrating leadership and influence across different teams to achieve client success.
