- • As an Account Manager on Brown & Brown Insurance’s Risk Solutions Energy team, you will drive client retention and growth by managing the delivery of strategic risk solutions and supporting sophisticated client relationships, ensuring service excellence and alignment with business needs.
- • Day to day, you will serve as a key point of contact for client service activities, prepare client-facing materials like proposals and analytics, manage day-to-day service transactions including documentation and invoicing, lead or support renewal processes, analyze client exposures to inform strategy, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
