  • • As an Account Manager at CaseWare International Inc., you will be at the forefront of fostering and deepening strategic partnerships with our valued C-level clientele, with a specialized emphasis on the dynamic Government sector. Your primary mission will be to cultivate robust, long-term relationships by deeply understanding the unique challenges and objectives of these key accounts. This role demands a proactive and consultative approach, where you will act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to deliver CaseWare's innovative solutions that demonstrably maximize value and drive tangible business outcomes for our clients.
  • • You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the sustained success and satisfaction of our customers. This involves orchestrating proactive engagement strategies, developing and executing effective retention initiatives, and spearheading growth opportunities through upsell and cross-sell programs. A critical aspect of your responsibility will be to champion the adoption and effective utilization of CaseWare's expanding portfolio of cloud-based solutions, guiding clients through their digital transformation journey with our technology.
  • • Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve key performance indicators that directly impact the company's growth and client loyalty. These include driving new and additional business through strategic upsells, cross-sells, and facilitating seamless migrations to our latest platforms. You will be instrumental in maintaining high levels of customer retention and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, which are cornerstones of CaseWare's client-centric philosophy.
  • • Furthermore, you will be responsible for achieving significant revenue growth, net of any Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjustments, demonstrating your commercial acumen and ability to deliver profitable expansion within your assigned accounts. Maintaining comprehensive account coverage and ensuring consistent, meaningful engagement with all stakeholders within your client base are also crucial elements of this role, ensuring that CaseWare remains an integral part of their operational success.

  • • You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the government procurement processes and decision-making structures within the public sector. This includes identifying key influencers, understanding budget cycles, and tailoring your value proposition to meet the specific compliance and reporting requirements of government agencies.
  • • Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion by understanding client needs and aligning them with CaseWare's broader product suite, including new modules, services, and cloud offerings. This involves staying abreast of product updates and new feature releases to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product Development, and Support, to ensure a unified and effective approach to client management. Your feedback from the field will be invaluable in shaping future product development and service enhancements.
  • • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their current usage, identify areas for improvement, and reinforce the value CaseWare delivers. These reviews are critical for maintaining strong relationships and identifying potential risks or opportunities.
  • • Develop and execute strategic account plans that outline objectives, key initiatives, and timelines for achieving revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction targets within your portfolio.
  • • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes that may impact your clients and the broader accounting and audit profession, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable resource.
  • • Leverage CRM tools and other sales enablement technologies to manage your pipeline, track customer interactions, and forecast revenue accurately. Data-driven insights will be crucial for optimizing your account management strategies.
