  • • As an Account Manager at Bitsight Technologies, you will play a critical role in driving client retention, contract expansion, and revenue growth by managing relationships with key accounts in English-speaking markets from a remote base in Portugal.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing territory and account plans, articulating the business and technical value of Bitsight’s cyber risk management solutions, serving as a strategic advisor to clients, maintaining C-level relationships, forecasting sales performance, and ensuring accurate CRM data management.
  • • You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize product adoption and drive customer success, while identifying client goals and aligning them with targeted sales campaigns.
  • • Bitsight is a global leader in cyber risk management, trusted by over 3,000 customers and supported by more than 750 teammates across Boston, Raleigh, New York, Lisbon, Singapore, and remote locations. The company pioneered the cyber ratings industry in 2011 and delivers integrated solutions in enterprise security, digital supply chains, cyber insurance, and data analysis.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced skills in enterprise sales, strategic account planning, cybersecurity solution positioning, and cross-functional leadership, with opportunities to grow into senior account management or sales leadership positions within a mission-driven, inclusive culture.
