📋 Description
- • As an Account Manager at Carwow Ltd, you will play a fundamental role in driving platform engagement, dealer growth, and adoption of additional products and services, acting as the face of Carwow stock sourcing to your portfolio of dealer partners in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where no two days are the same.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing a high-volume portfolio of smaller dealer partners, driving dealer activity through high-impact outbound communication, delivering structured outreach using sales enablement tools, increasing platform adoption by supporting dealers with bidding behaviour, onboarding, and usage of platform services, identifying early signs of churn, upselling additional products, handling objections, using performance data to track dealer health, maintaining accurate CRM records, and collaborating with the wider team to share insights from longtail dealers.
- • Carwow Ltd is a leading online car-changing destination in Europe, having grown over 50% last year with nearly £3bn worth of cars bought on site, and after acquiring Autovia (creators of AutoExpress and Evo magazines), now boasts one of the biggest YouTube channels in the world with almost 10m subscribers and over 1.1 billion annual views, selling 1.2 million print copies of its magazines and reaching over 350million people annually through web content.
