• • As an Account Manager at Rewind AI, you will focus on expanding value within the existing customer base by identifying and executing cross-sell opportunities, directly contributing to revenue growth while strengthening customer relationships.
• • Day to day, you will discover cross-sell opportunities by analyzing product usage and customer goals, lead consultative conversations to position additional solutions, manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close in Salesforce, collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams, and maintain a healthy pipeline while tracking expansion metrics and refining processes.
