- • This Account Manager role is specifically designed for an individual with a deep understanding of the New Zealand OOH and advertising industry. Operating remotely within New Zealand, you will receive consistent support from our Australia-based leadership team. This position necessitates travel to Australia for collaborative ANZ sessions and will also involve regular visits from the Australian leadership team to New Zealand for ongoing support and strategic alignment.
- • As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of OOH media campaigns, and contributing to the growth of Billups' presence in the ANZ market. Your responsibilities will span across media planning and buying, meticulous project management, and contributing to thought leadership within the industry.
- • *Media Planning & Buying:**
- • You will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions, providing exceptional service and support to managers and the wider team. Your proactive approach will be crucial in handling client inquiries and contributing to the growth of client and agency businesses by consistently delivering against strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- • A fundamental aspect of this role is developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of your clients' overarching strategies, business objectives, and the specific KPIs that Billups is tasked with delivering.

- • Demonstrating a strong grasp of the end-to-end media planning and buying process is essential. This includes taking ownership of small to mid-level plan development and execution, skillfully negotiating with media owners, and cultivating robust relationships with both media owners and clients.
- • You will be responsible for managing client relationships effectively, operating with a high level of autonomy while receiving strategic oversight from your line manager.
- • *Project Management:**

- • Compile, organize, and maintain comprehensive and accurate campaign files, including buy specifications, client presentations (decks), and Proof of Posting (POP) documentation.
- • You will be accountable for the timely activation of media campaigns for your designated clients. This involves diligently tracking campaign start dates, ensuring all necessary components are prepared for launch, and liaising with relevant vendors to manage artwork delivery and approval processes.
- • Assist in the crucial task of campaign reporting for your clients. This includes accessing Proof of Posting (POP) and Campaign Attribution data, and ensuring this information is delivered to clients and/or their agencies promptly and efficiently.
- • Uphold consistency and accuracy in all your work by diligently adopting and utilizing appropriate templates and guidelines, thereby contributing to operational excellence as an individual contributor.
- • *Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement:**
- • Continuously develop and enhance your industry knowledge through active participation in meetings and events, engaging with company-provided training programs, conducting site visits to OOH locations, and actively participating in Billups' internal communication platforms.
- • Proactively share valuable insights, knowledge, and best practices with the wider team and across the business, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
