  • • As an Account Manager (Business Development) at Trust Wallet, you will be instrumental in cultivating and expanding our vital partnerships with fiat on-ramp and swap providers. This role transcends mere contact management; you will serve as a strategic linchpin, driving the commercial success and ensuring the technical robustness of these critical integrations.
  • • You will own the complete lifecycle of relationships with our fiat providers and swap aggregators. This includes proactively leading weekly and monthly business reviews, meticulously aligning on shared objectives, and fostering a collaborative environment for mutual growth.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be acting as a dedicated advocate for our partners internally, while simultaneously holding them to exceptionally high service standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be adept at navigating and leading challenging conversations when performance metrics indicate a need for improvement, ensuring accountability and driving positive outcomes.
  • • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of partner contracts and evolving regulatory landscapes will be crucial for ensuring long-term compliance, operational stability, and risk mitigation.
  • • You will be responsible for meticulously monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, transaction volumes, revenue generation, and overall success rates. This involves not just presenting data, but deeply analyzing it to uncover actionable insights.
  • • Your role will be insight-led: you will leverage data to identify emerging regional trends, pinpoint user friction points within the integration flow, and proactively suggest strategic initiatives for partners to increase their market share and revenue.
  • • You will develop and present structured, executive-level reports to Business Development leadership, clearly articulating risks, celebrating successes, and providing concrete, actionable recommendations for strategic adjustments and future planning.
  • • A deep dive into the user journey, from initial app download through to the final token swap, will be essential. You will map these journeys to identify critical drop-off points and understand the underlying reasons, providing valuable feedback for optimization.
  • • You will act as a crucial bridge between our partners and our internal Product and Engineering teams. This involves championing partner needs, prioritizing feature requests, and advocating for technical fixes that demonstrably enhance the overall partner and end-user experience.
  • • Collaboration will be a cornerstone of your success. You will work closely with the Marketing team on co-branded partner campaigns, with Legal on refining processes and ensuring compliance, and with the Analytics team to guarantee the integrity and accuracy of all data used for decision-making.
  • • You will be tasked with developing and implementing scalable processes for the efficient onboarding of new partners and for the structured management of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), ensuring operational excellence across the partnership portfolio.
