- • As the founding Enterprise Account Manager at Anrok Inc., you will be instrumental in scaling our expansion efforts by managing and nurturing relationships with Anrok's largest and most complex enterprise clients. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a high-growth, early-stage startup environment, offering the unique opportunity to shape the future of global tax compliance automation.
- • You will be entrusted with managing a dedicated portfolio of existing Anrok sellers, acting as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor. Your core responsibility will be to consult with these sellers, guiding them in effectively managing their global sales tax risk as their revenue streams expand and their business operations become more intricate.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve managing all strategic contract renewals for your assigned book of business. This requires a proactive approach to client engagement, ensuring high retention rates and identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
- • You will serve as a trusted consultant, providing expert advice to Anrok sellers on their international sales tax compliance strategies. This involves understanding the nuances of global tax regulations and translating them into actionable strategies for our clients, thereby solidifying Anrok's value proposition.
- • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, customer solutions, and operations. This partnership is essential to guarantee a seamless and positive experience for our clients throughout their billing, expansion, and renewal cycles, fostering long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- • You will collaborate directly with our Head of Activation and the senior leadership team. Together, you will refine the existing growth sales motion, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. Furthermore, you will be empowered to develop and launch new initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall seller experience and driving greater platform adoption.
- • This role demands a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape and the specific challenges businesses face with global tax compliance. You will leverage your expertise to not only retain but also grow Anrok's enterprise client base, contributing directly to the company's ambitious growth trajectory.
- • By proactively identifying potential risks and opportunities within your client portfolio, you will ensure that Anrok remains a critical partner in our clients' global expansion journeys. Your strategic insights and client management skills will be vital in solidifying Anrok's position as the leading tax automation platform.
- • You will be at the forefront of Anrok's mission to make compliant digital commerce a reality for businesses of all sizes. Your success will directly impact our ability to support the growth of innovative companies, including a significant portion of Forbes Top AI and Cloud companies, as well as industry leaders like Notion, Anthropic, and Cursor.
