  • • Own the European MillerKnoll channel P&L – you are the single point of accountability for driving sustainable double-digit revenue growth across 20+ countries, translating market insights into quarterly action plans that move the needle.
  • • Be the face of Colebrook Bosson Saunders (CBS) inside MillerKnoll – spend 60 % of your time on the road visiting flagship showrooms in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Milan, turning their spaces into live CBS studios where dealers and end-users can touch, test and fall in love with our award-winning ergonomic solutions.
  • • Architect and deliver a rolling 12-month training calendar – design bite-size workshops, CPD-accredited sessions and immersive mock-up experiences that upskill dealer sales teams on new products, ergonomic science and consultative selling techniques, lifting average deal values by 20 %.
  • • Co-create insight-led go-to-market stories with our Insights Manager – translate ergonomic research into punchy narratives, dynamic presentations and digital toolkits that empower dealers to position CBS as the thought-leader in healthy, high-performance workspaces.
  • • Run a disciplined sales rhythm – manage Salesforce daily, maintain 95 % data accuracy, build live pipelines, forecast revenue within ±5 % and present monthly market-development plans to the Leadership Team that show clear ROI on every initiative.
  • • Orchestrate complex projects end-to-end – from first dealer brief to final PO, coordinate internal design, operations and logistics teams so that custom solutions are quoted within 48 hours, samples ship within 72 hours and installations delight clients on day one.
  • • Champion new-product launches – brief MillerKnoll sales managers 90 days before launch, seed early-adopter dealer showrooms with hero displays, capture voice-of-customer feedback and loop insights back to R&D for continuous improvement.
  • • Elevate every touchpoint – respond to dealer enquiries within two hours, curate tailored quotation packages, expedite sample requests and provide white-glove after-sales support that turns satisfied clients into vocal advocates.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally – work with marketing to craft regional campaigns, with finance to optimise pricing models and with customer success to track NPS, ensuring every department is aligned behind aggressive but achievable growth targets.
  • • Represent CBS at European trade fairs, design weeks and ergonomic symposiums – host keynote talks, live demos and networking sessions that generate qualified leads and reinforce our reputation as the brand that designs for the good of humankind.
  • • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement – share best-practice stories across the European dealer network, pilot new digital tools and champion sustainability initiatives that reduce carbon footprint while increasing margin.
