📋 Description
- • As an Account Manager at Valiantys, you will drive growth within an existing customer portfolio by building strong, long-term relationships, identifying business opportunities, and closing deals as a trusted advisor using your knowledge of the Valiantys portfolio and Atlassian ecosystem.
- • Day to day, you will achieve individual sales targets, identify and qualify opportunities, expand accounts through upselling and cross-selling, develop targeted sales strategies, maintain a healthy pipeline via structured account planning, nurture customer relationships through regular engagement, ensure high satisfaction via proactive support, create account plans, monitor sales performance, update forecasts and CRM data, support territory and annual revenue planning, deepen your expertise in Valiantys and Atlassian products, maintain relevant certifications, collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Bid Management teams, and contribute to commercial offer creation including Statements of Work.
