Your primary objective will be to cultivate deep, trusted relationships with R&D leaders and key stakeholders within these organizations, positioning yourself as their indispensable advisor and a champion for their innovation journey.
  • • You will be responsible for the entire post-sales lifecycle for your assigned accounts, with a strong emphasis on driving customer retention through proactive engagement and demonstrable value realization. This involves meticulously understanding each client's unique business objectives, challenges, and strategic goals within the dynamic life sciences landscape.
  • • A core component of your role will be to identify and capitalize on opportunities for account expansion. This includes upselling and cross-selling Patsnap's comprehensive suite of AI-driven IP and R&D productivity solutions, ensuring clients are leveraging the full potential of our platform to accelerate their product development and market entry.
  • • You will lead and conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) with your clients, presenting key performance indicators, demonstrating ROI, and aligning Patsnap's solutions with their evolving strategic priorities. These sessions are critical for reinforcing value, identifying new needs, and strengthening the partnership.
  • • Negotiation and contract management will be a significant part of your responsibilities, ensuring favorable renewal terms and securing new business within your existing client base. Your ability to articulate the value proposition and negotiate effectively will directly impact revenue targets.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support, to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience. You will act as the voice of the customer internally, providing valuable feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
  • • Staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements within the life sciences sector is crucial. This knowledge will enable you to provide strategic insights to your clients and identify new avenues for growth and innovation.
