- • As an Account Manager, Production at Nen Creative Ltd, you will be the pivotal link between our esteemed tech startup clients and our dynamic creative production team. This role is designed for an individual who thrives at the intersection of client relationship management and the intricacies of production, acting as the primary point of contact from the very first inquiry through to project completion and beyond. You will be instrumental in guiding prospects through the entire sales cycle, ensuring a seamless transition to our production department, and cultivating enduring relationships that foster repeat business and valuable referrals.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of client engagement, beginning with the meticulous management of the inbound lead pipeline. This involves responding with promptness and professionalism, adeptly qualifying opportunities to ensure alignment with Nen Creative's capabilities, and guiding potential clients through a structured decision-making process. You will lead insightful discovery calls, delving deep to understand each client's unique goals, meticulously scoping projects to ensure accuracy and feasibility, and setting crystal-clear expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, and the creative process.
- • A key facet of this role involves collaborating closely with creative leadership to prepare comprehensive proposals and detailed scopes of work. Your ability to translate client needs into actionable production plans will be crucial. Upon successful closing of new business, you will ensure a smooth and efficient handoff to the dedicated creative producer and the broader production team, maintaining continuity and client satisfaction.
- • Beyond initial client acquisition, you will serve as the principal liaison for all client-related matters, including pricing inquiries, managing scope changes, and addressing contractual nuances. The cultivation and nurturing of strong, long-term client relationships are paramount, with a focus on generating repeat business and encouraging referrals. This proactive approach to account management will be supported by your development and maintenance of the sales playbook, proposal templates, and essential client-facing collateral.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for proactively soliciting client feedback, gathering testimonials, and identifying clients who are ideal candidates for featured case studies, thereby enhancing Nen Creative's portfolio and market presence. Your role extends to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our CRM system, meticulously maintaining pipeline data to be actionable and up-to-date. You will track and report on critical sales metrics, including conversion rates, lead sources, and deal velocity, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- • A significant aspect of your contribution will involve collaborating with producers and creatives to guarantee that project scopes are not only realistic but also appropriately resourced. You will be vigilant in identifying potential scope creep or misaligned expectations early on, proactively resolving these issues before they impact the production team. Your keen eye for process improvement will lead to the identification of gaps in our client intake, scoping, and closing procedures, with a mandate to propose and implement enhancements that streamline operations and elevate the client experience.
