- • You will be instrumental in driving organic growth for your accounts by leveraging a deep understanding of Real Chemistry's diverse capabilities, pinpointing unmet client needs, and recognizing subtle buying signals.
- • Actively contribute to strategic brainstorming sessions and play a key role in the annual strategic planning process, bringing valuable client insights and market perspectives.
- • Partner seamlessly with the Project Management Team to meticulously oversee the execution of projects from their initial conception and planning phases through to successful completion and closing.
- • Develop and manage comprehensive project creative briefs and client scope statements, ensuring clarity, alignment, and a solid foundation for project success.
- • Supervise projects with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring both tactical execution and strategic objectives are met, and that deliverables align with client vision.
- • Uphold and enforce all company policies, procedures, industry standards, and compliance guidelines, ensuring that all team members adhere to these critical frameworks.
- • Lead and execute client status meetings, meticulously preparing all necessary materials, including agendas, meeting notes, and clear follow-up action items, ensuring efficient and productive communication.
- • Monitor the overall project scope from both a client and account perspective, proactively communicating any necessary scope changes to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
- • Provide final approval on all project deliverables, acting as the ultimate gatekeeper to ensure they align with and achieve the defined strategic objectives and client expectations.
- • Develop and communicate clear, concise status reports to both management and the client, diligently monitoring project progress and team results against established client expectations.
- • Proactively monitor and manage project-related risks and issues in close partnership with the Project Manager, effectively resolving challenges and escalating to the client when necessary.
- • Attend and actively contribute to departmental meetings and training sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience.
- • 3-4 years of client/customer management experience.
- • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- • Experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
- • Agency or consulting experience is preferred.
