  • • This specific role, Strategic Account Manager, is pivotal to our continued success. You will be entrusted with owning, retaining, and strategically expanding a defined portfolio of high-value, strategic executive accounts. Your primary focus will be on structured account farming, cultivating deep customer engagement, and driving long-term, sustainable value creation. Success in this role is measured by your ability to achieve significant account growth through multi-product expansion, ensure robust renewal rates, and build enduring relationships with key executive stakeholders.
  • • You will be instrumental in managing complex, global accounts within engineering-led organizations. This involves close collaboration with our internal teams—including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering—to identify and unlock expansion opportunities across various dimensions: increased usage, broader team adoption, and adoption of new product lines. This role reports directly to the Sales Manager and is crucial for maintaining and growing our most important customer relationships.
  • • Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic account plans tailored to each customer's unique business objectives and technical landscape. You will proactively identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell by deeply understanding customer needs, usage patterns, and evolving business goals. This requires a strong command of our product suite and the ability to articulate the value proposition of each solution in the context of customer challenges.
  • • You will be expected to conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders, demonstrating the ongoing value and ROI delivered by BrowserStack. Building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with technical users, champions, and executive sponsors is paramount. This involves understanding their technical roadmaps, business priorities, and how BrowserStack can be a strategic partner in achieving their goals.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a critical role in ensuring renewal excellence. This involves proactively reinforcing the value, outcomes, and ROI achieved by our customers well in advance of contract expiration dates. You will be responsible for identifying potential renewal or contraction risks and developing mitigation strategies in close partnership with internal teams, ensuring a high degree of customer retention and satisfaction.
  • • The role demands a high level of cross-functional collaboration. You will act as the central point of ownership and communication for your accounts, coordinating efforts across various internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience and successful account management. Maintaining meticulous hygiene within our CRM system, Salesforce, is essential for accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and informed decision-making.
  • • This is a remote position, requiring the candidate to be based in Mumbai, India, to align with regional customer coverage and time zones. We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented individual with a passion for technology and a deep commitment to customer success.
