- • Your primary responsibility will be to act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding each client's unique business objectives, operational challenges, and strategic goals. Through proactive engagement via phone, video conferencing, email, and occasional in-person meetings, you will build a profound understanding of their needs, positioning our offerings as the ideal solutions to propel their businesses forward.
- • You will be tasked with developing and meticulously executing strategic account plans tailored to each client. These plans will serve as roadmaps for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for upselling additional products and cross-selling complementary services that directly align with and enhance the customer's business outcomes.
- • A key aspect of this role involves serving as the dedicated "voice of the customer" within Fullsteam. You will champion their needs, provide critical feedback to internal teams, and ensure that every client receives an unparalleled level of service and support, fostering a strong sense of partnership and advocacy.
- • Proactive management of contract renewals is crucial. You will meticulously track renewal dates, engage clients well in advance, and demonstrate the ongoing value of our solutions to secure high renewal rates and effectively prevent customer churn, thereby safeguarding revenue streams.
- • Collaboration with our dedicated Customer Success team is essential. You will work hand-in-hand to ensure that clients are not only adopting our solutions but are also leveraging them to their fullest potential, achieving their desired business outcomes and maximizing their return on investment.
- • You will be responsible for addressing and resolving any customer issues or concerns with speed, efficiency, and a high degree of professionalism. This will involve coordinating effectively with various internal departments, including support, product, and technical teams, to ensure swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities within our CRM system is paramount. This data integrity is vital for effective pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- • You will develop and actively manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently striving to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Leveraging sales dashboards and analytics will be key to understanding where to focus your efforts for maximum impact.
- • Providing regular, insightful updates and comprehensive reports to management on account status, emerging growth opportunities, customer satisfaction metrics, and overall account health is a core responsibility.
