- • As a Veterinary Imaging Account Manager (VIAM) for the Diagnostic Imaging and Telemedicine Center of Excellence, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement, managing a substantial portfolio of 300-400 clients within your assigned geographic territory.
- • Your primary focus will be on nurturing and inspiring customer loyalty, ensuring high retention rates for our innovative Web PACS, Telemedicine, and CardioPet products.
- • You will be instrumental in driving Telemedicine utilization growth, actively identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to expand the adoption of these advanced services.
- • A key responsibility involves proactively identifying new Telemedicine and Web PACS opportunities, which will be strategically referred to our Veterinary Imaging Consultants (VICs) to ensure comprehensive customer support and solutioning.
- • You will meticulously monitor Web PACS study counts, analyzing usage patterns to pinpoint potential subscription tier upgrade opportunities, thereby maximizing revenue and customer value.
- • This role demands a high frequency and reach of customer interactions, primarily conducted via phone and email, requiring exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- • You will serve as an end-to-end subject matter expert for our diverse customer base, providing in-depth knowledge and support for our veterinary imaging solutions.
- • Your day-to-day activities will involve supporting our existing customer base through remote channels, including phone and video conferencing, ensuring seamless service delivery within your designated territory.
- • You will be directly responsible for managing case submissions, overseeing account management for Radiology and Cardiology services, and facilitating Web PACS tier upgrades and Dental attachments.
- • A critical aspect of your role will be to consistently deliver on quarterly goals, actively contributing to account revenue growth through strategic account management and upselling initiatives.
- • You will be tasked with providing accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts to sales leaders, enabling effective business planning and resource allocation.
- • The role involves negotiating pricing, case volumes, and terms and conditions, requiring strong commercial acumen and persuasive communication skills.
- • Maintaining detailed and timely records within Salesforce, including customer profiles, interaction notes, and opportunity information, is essential for effective pipeline management and reporting.
- • You will cultivate and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with clients, developing a profound understanding of their core business objectives and how our solutions can support their success.
- • Building and nurturing strategic internal partnerships across multiple lines of business within IDEXX is crucial for collaborative success and holistic customer support.
- • You will work in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing Leaders to conceptualize and execute both short-term and long-term strategies aimed at achieving sales goals and revenue objectives.
- • A key part of your role will be to understand, articulate, and promote new offerings, ensuring customers are aware of and benefit from our latest innovations.
- • You will prepare comprehensive general reports and other account planning documentation, summarizing work activities and sales results for your assigned book of business.
