This position offers a dynamic environment where you will partner closely with seasoned Account Managers, gaining invaluable experience in client relationship management and strategic account support. Over time, there is a clear growth path to independently manage smaller to mid-sized accounts, demonstrating your increasing expertise and contribution.
- • Your core responsibility will involve developing and compiling insightful client-ready materials. This includes conducting thorough monthly data analyses to track program performance, identifying key trends, and presenting actionable recommendations. You will be instrumental in translating complex data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives that highlight client value and drive strategic decisions.
- • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work hand-in-hand with a diverse range of internal teams, including Business Intelligence, Advertising Operations, Product Management, and Strategy. This cross-functional partnership is essential for developing and delivering bespoke solutions that precisely meet the unique objectives of each pharmaceutical client.
- • Building and nurturing strong, productive relationships with both clients and their agency partners will be a significant aspect of your role. You will also be responsible for managing the critical regulatory review submission process, ensuring all client communications and program materials adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements.
- • Facilitating the seamless implementation of client programs requires meticulous project management.
