- • The Accounts Payable Accountant (6-12 months) role at Binance Holdings Limited is critical to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of vendor invoices and payments within a fast-paced, global cryptocurrency ecosystem. This position supports the integrity of Binance’s financial operations by managing end-to-end accounts payable functions, directly contributing to the company’s mission of building an inclusive financial ecosystem through blockchain innovation.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving, reviewing, and processing vendor invoices in accordance with company policies and local regulations; performing three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices; coding expenses to appropriate general ledger accounts; preparing and executing payment runs via bank transfers and electronic payment systems; reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies; maintaining accurate AP subledger and supporting month-end close activities; assisting with internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations; and collaborating with procurement, treasury, and finance teams to improve process efficiency and compliance.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
- • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and MS Excel
- • Strong understanding of AP processes, including invoice processing, payment execution, and reconciliation
- • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
