- • Execute end-to-end consolidation and close process across global entities, including foreign currency translation within NetSuite and OneStream, ensuring adherence to a five-business-day close cycle aligned with Parent Company timelines
- • Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data from subledger through consolidation and reporting, supporting audit-ready financials and external reporting requirements
- • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual fluctuation analysis across P&L and balance sheet accounts, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify business and accounting drivers behind variances and deliver clear, actionable commentary
- • Facilitate close review discussions by highlighting key risks, trends, and financial callouts, translating complex financial results into meaningful business insights for stakeholders
- • Administer and optimize close and reconciliation tools such as FloQast to support scalable operations, ensuring alignment between systems, entity hierarchies, and financial data flows
- • Support consolidation system integrity by maintaining mappings and data alignment within OneStream, investigating root causes of system and data issues, and driving sustainable solutions
- • Oversee intercompany accounting processes including eliminations, reconciliations, and variance analysis, coordinating with offshore teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
- • Drive process improvements related to balance sheet reconciliations, BlackLine initiatives, and system transitions to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting
- • Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and accelerate the close process through automation, AI enablement, and data quality improvements
- • Serve as key liaison between Brand finance, Parent Company, FP&A, Tax, GL, and Financial Operations teams to improve upstream reporting inputs and data quality
- • Lead and develop a direct report, fostering accountability, prioritization, and high-quality execution while building standardized documentation and knowledge repositories around systems and reporting practices
- • Communicate financial insights effectively to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise, bringing structure, ownership, and clarity to ambiguous or evolving processes
- • Maintain deep knowledge of ERP structures, entity hierarchies, and financial data flows to support scalable finance operations and modernization of the close process
- • Contribute to initiatives that elevate reporting from transactional output to strategic insight, ensuring data integrity and storytelling capabilities underpin financial decision-making
- • Transition manual processes into scalable, automated workflows while continuously seeking opportunities to improve system efficiency and reporting timeliness
- • Support external audit requirements by maintaining well-documented, accurate, and transparent financial records across all global entities
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience in consolidation, close processes, and financial reporting within a multi-entity environment
- • Demonstrated experience with fluctuation analysis, variance investigation, and financial commentary
- • Systems-oriented mindset with hands-on experience using consolidation and close tools such as OneStream and FloQast
- • ERP experience required; NetSuite preferred
- • Understanding of intercompany accounting, foreign currency translation, and global reporting considerations
- • Proven ability to improve processes and support scalable finance operations through automation and optimization
