📋 Description

• As an Accounts Payable Manager at MeridianLink, Inc., you will lead the Accounts Payable department to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations, playing a critical role in maintaining the company’s financial integrity and supporting SOX compliance.
• You will oversee daily AP operations including invoice processing, vendor onboarding, purchase requisition coding, approval workflows, and payment execution; manage one AP Specialist; handle credit card and vcard processes; resolve AP inquiries via email inbox; drive issue resolution; and coordinate month-end close deadlines with internal stakeholders.
• You will collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot system errors, work with procurement and business owners on open AP items, and lead the annual 1099 process while continuously identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Joining a remote-first financial team at a growing fintech company, you will strengthen your leadership in AP management, deepen expertise in ERP systems like Coupa and NetSuite, and contribute to scalable financial controls that support organizational growth and audit readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Coupa experience required
• Advanced AP knowledge with full-cycle AP experience
• Experienced AP Manager with proven leadership in overseeing AP specialists
• Expertise in invoice review, PO matching, and approval follow-up
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and SOX compliance
